Call for Contributions from Retired Government Officials

In terms of national conditions and difference between insiders and outsiders of Chinese system, no one knows better than those dedicated their lifetime service to government authorities at all levels. After stepping down from office, they could adopt a new perspective and be freed from various restrictions. If, after investigations, retired government officials could provide suggestions and guidance on government work without interfering existing government practices, the outcome might be more productive than what we’ve expected and will no doubt benefit the country and the society. As argued by the experts of RAND Corporation, a U.S. –based nonprofit global think tank, these former senior government officials, together with their unique experience and wisdom constitute invaluable national assets.
