The appearance of the “Radical Right” is closely linked with Japan’s rise, during whose course there has always been a strong feature opposite to that of the great powers, i.e., the “non-government” organizations with their “folk” status will step up to sound out the political atmosphere as the balloons does when the Government in power is inconvenient to show up under many circumstances.

The problem of capital source is the root which the “Radical Right” and the gangdom are difficult to distinguish from each other after World War II.
