Military Transparency Shows China’s Confidence

Amid the world’s pursuit of peaceful development, military transparency has already become an irresistible trend. For external purpose, military transparency helps to forge military trust and eliminate unnecessary suspicions and frictions, which favors a positive international image of the Chinese army and markets China-made arms to the international market; for internal purpose, military transparency also helps to push forward reform and development of the Chinese military strength and makes effective use of funds under supervision, maximizing the innovation and vitality of the free market and minimizing costs to upgrade military hardware. Military transparency shall never become an excuse the West employs to accuse against China, instead a platform and window for China to display its goodwill of peace and confidence.
