US President Obama was frustrated by his trip in early November to India, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan. The roots of his frustration seem to be a diminishment of America’s international influence in international affairs and a consequential frustration of lack of rational behaviours as well as increased competition between the US and China in the Far-East. As long as China maintains its stable economic growth and carefully implements its diplomatic policies, it can deal with the US with ease and confidence.
