Winning people’s trust is the first utmost task of the new HKSAR Government

Following the power redistribution in the past two decades after Hong Kong’s reunification with China in 1997, and amid the recent political turmoil, the high level of general distrust in the HKSAR government is creating serious imbalance in public  sentiments towards the government, posing great challenges to public governance.
