Improve Public Governance through Judicial Measures

In recent years, public governance has been a pressing concern on both Mainland China and Taiwan. To change the status quo, we should step up efforts in enhancing service and management function of government authorities, establishing the mechanism of rule of law and strengthening media supervision over public affairs. Otherwise, social unrest will sooner or later boil to the surface if a 21st century society is presided by a pre-modern administration.
