The newly elected Kalon Tripa, or prime minister of the Tibetan Government in Exile Lobsang Sangay has never set his feet on Tibetan soil. The way ahead will most likely be a rough road for the 42-year-old academic who is to lead Indian-born second generation of Tibetan refugee in search of sense of national belonging and a path to the future.
