Build Up Spiritual Foundation for National Confidence

One of the biggest problems facing China is not over-confidence, but rather a lack of confidence. Chinese people have not built up a solid spiritual foundation by far. The spiritual foundation of a country or a nation refers to a set of management system which its people are truly convinced of, respect and rely on. That is, the community could operate smoothly under the governance of balanced rules.
