Building Guangdong into a Culturally Enriched Province, Wang Yang is Right to the Point

Guangdong cannot establish itself as a culturally enriched province merely through increasing investment in cultural undertakings development or granting higher recognition towards cultural men. The key solution is to open our mind and break through cultural restrictions, or “Free the mind and Let the public voice be heard” as stated by the provincial Party Secretary Wang Yang.
